Hilton Anatole Elevates Guest Experience with Digital Wayfinding from Living Map

Hilton Anatole, one of the most iconic resorts and event destinations, is enhancing the guest experience with the introduction of digital wayfinding from Living Map. With more than 1,600 guest rooms and 600,000 square feet of meeting, exhibition and ballroom space, the landmark venue is renowned for hosting everything from family getaways to world-class conventions, weddings and legendary performances.
Navigating such a vast space can be a challenge, and studies show 32% of customers will stop doing business with a brand after just one bad experience. To address this, Hilton Anatole has introduced Living Map’s digital mapping and wayfinding, available on mobile, the hotel website and kiosks located in key reception areas. Guests can now easily find meeting points, exhibition halls, group parties and events, while hotel staff can instantly update rooms, create bespoke routing and manage visitor flow. The system also supports accessibility, offering stair-free routes and real-time updates on out-of-service lifts, escalators, or restrooms, ensuring all visitors can navigate the property comfortably and independently.
With QR codes guiding guests directly to their destination, the solution ensures visitors arrive on time and stress-free. For Hilton Anatole, this translates into higher satisfaction, repeat bookings and increased revenue across food, beverage, spa and retail services.
“Here at Hilton Anatole Dallas, we’re thrilled to introduce Living Map as the navigation solution - an interactive, digital mapping system designed to help guests easily navigate our expansive property. From finding meeting rooms to exploring our art collection and amenities, this technology enhances the guest experience and showcases our commitment to innovation.” said Olivia Stack, Director of Marketing for Hilton Anatole.
“Large-scale venues like Hilton Anatole need a wayfinding solution that is as dynamic as their events,” said Peter Asman, Chief Revenue Officer at Living Map. “What sets our technology apart is its adaptability - from instantly updating routes when a lift is out of service, to providing accessible paths and personalised directions. We designed it to remove the friction from navigating complex spaces so that every guest, from first-time visitors to conference delegates, can feel confident, in control of their journey, and enjoy the best possible experience.”
